Select from our Happy Creek or Slippery Creek datil sauces and taste a bit of the Florida sunshine. All of our datil peppers are grown locally in Central Florida and combined with just the right ingredients to create a taste we know you’ll be hooked on!
Happy Creek is our original sauce and our unique twist on the traditional datil sauce. It starts off with a bit of sweet and then brings a little heat. We consider Happy Creek a good solid “medium” on the heat scale and make for an excellent grilling sauce.
Slippery Creek is our newest addition and brings a bit more heat to our original sauce. With double the datil peppers, this one is for those who like a little more kick in their sauces.
